Evening Meditation
Research has shown that meditation helps to reduce stress, focus the mind, and relax the body.
There are three opportunities for UUFD members and friends to practice meditation.
- Mindfulness Meditation meets on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. at the home of Estelle Von Zellen.
- Peaceful Meditation meets on Fridays from noon to 1 p.m. at the UUFD Library room.
- Evening Meditation meets on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. at UUFD. (ON HIATUS as of May 7, 2014)
