Peaceful Meditation

 

Research has shown that meditation helps to reduce stress, focus the mind, and relax the body.

Currently, there are three opportunities for UUFD members and friends to practice meditation.

    • Mindfulness Meditation meets on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. at the home of Estelle Von Zellen.
    • Peaceful Meditation meets on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to noon in the UUFD Library .
    • Restorative Meditation meets on  Fridays from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. in the UUFD Library.
